Spouted vessels

There are some interesting vessels from 8th century BC Greece in the British Museum. Kraters were vessels used for mixing wine and water and serving it. They often had two handles and a spout. See for instance.

I’m working on a series of bowls and pots based on this idea. Oak is a really rewarding material for this because it has very good 3-D strength and the texture adds an extra dimension.
